The Dom Robert Museum

The Museum of Dom Robert and 20th century tapestries opened its doors in 2015. It is housed in the body of monumental buildings that make up the Sorèze Abbey-School (XVII-XVIII centuries) located in Tarn county and owned by the local administrators. Today, the site is managed by a joint association of the Occitanie region, the Tarn county and the town of Sorèze.  It is a cultural ensemble known by the name of the CITÉ DE SORÉZE. It includes the Dom Robert and 20th Century Tapestry Museum, the interpretive circuit of the former School of Sorèze, a park with century-old trees, as well as reception halls, an auditorium and artist workshops.
